Texas Photographic Society Celebrates 25 Years!!

In the early 1980s, the Austin Photo Co-op was formed by a group of photographers for film purchasing purposes. They reorganize in 1984 incorporating under the name "Texas Photographic Society." Within two years, TPS membership had grown to over 100, and the Society attained "not-for-profit" status. Today, TPS has over 1,200 members in 48 states in 15 countries.

In 2010, TPS will have new opportunities like online exhibitions, more workshops, lectures, and more.
